This is when I talk about how to lose weight fast


 Hello!

A very beautiful friend of mine asked:
"So when are you going to tell us how to lose weight fast?"

Well LJ, I'm glad you asked! I'll tell you right now...

but before I tell you how to lose weight fast, I want to tell you the theory behind losing weight. 

It's quite simple, the calories you consume needs to be fewer than the calories you expend. Weight gain occurs when the calories you consume exceeds the calorie's you expend. 

Kind of like a scale


So that tells you how to lose weight, but how do you lose weight fast?

Well, based on this theory, the fewer calories you consume the more weight you will lose.
Therefore, a very low calorie diet will result in rapid weight loss.

So what exactly is a very low calorie diet?

A low calorie diet is a diet of 800 calories a day or less! Ready to start?
 
No, you're not because this diet requires a DOCTOR'S supervision. That's right, this diet isn't just for anybody. It's for people who have to lose weight NOW because of serious health concerns- people with a BMI of 30 or more who suffer from a co-morbidity.

This diet isn't meant to last forever, either. It’s only supposed to jump-start weight loss and reduce health risks. In fact, while initially very low calorie diets results in increased weight loss, people who go on a very low calorie diet don't tend to lose any more weight than those on a low-calorie diet in the long run.

Besides being really hungry all the time, this diet can also result in:
  • Fatigue
  • Constipation
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Hating everyone's stupid faces 
  • In severe cases gallstones

This diet isn’t meant for the average person. Not only does it cause some nasty side effects but it can also cause nutrient deficiencies (You really shouldn’t go under 1200 calories a day).  Fast weight loss doesn’t necessarily mean lasting weight loss either. Although most people probably don’t want to hear this, the best way to lose weight is slowly. People who lose weight slowly tend to keep the weight off.
